Refund policy
1.In order to be eligible for a return, the item’s must be new and the packaging unopened.
2.The item’s must also be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
3.Missing kit items/opened items will not qualify for a refund.
4.The refund process may take up to 7 business days from the day we receive your returned package.
Within 30 days of your purchase from alanlnudrink.it.com, you can submit a return for eligible items in exchange for store credit. To submit your return, please use the following link, which will direct you to our return portal: Alani Nu Returns. If your return is approved, you will receive a pre-paid shipping label.
Please note that all processed orders are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Any fraudulent orders will be cancelled.
